There is a ceiling fan and remote controlled air conditioning, plus a large built in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with travertine floor and walls, double basin and walk-in shower.

BEDROOM TWO

Large room with vaulted ceiling, travertine floor, two windows and French doors with views of Falmouth Bay opening onto the garden, gazebo and pool deck. There is a king size four poster bed, ceiling fan and remote controlled air conditioning. The room has a large built in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with travertine floor and walls and walk-in shower.

BEDROOM THREE

Large room with cool ‘opale’ tiled floor, two windows and French doors opening onto the gardens, with sea views beyond. There are twin beds, ceiling fan and remote controlled air conditioning. There is a large built in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with tiled floor and walls and walk-in shower.

BEDROOM FOUR

Large room with cool ‘opale’ tiled floor, ceiling fan and remote controlled air conditioning, entrance vestibule with built in wardrobe and double French doors opening onto the tiled loggia/balcony, lawns and gardens and with sea views. Beds are ‘zip and link’ to make a kingsize double or two twins and from the bed there are wonderful views of Falmouth Bay. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with tiled floor and walls.

BEDROOM FIVE

Large room with cool ‘opale’ tiled floor, built in wardrobe and double French doors with sea views and opening onto the tiled loggia/balcony, lawns and gardens with stairs leading up to the verandah above. There is a ceiling fan and remote controlled air conditioning. Beds are ‘zip and link’ to make a kingsize double or two twins. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with tiled floors and walls.

LIVING AREAS

The front door opens into an entrance hall with wide stairs leading up to the main living area, the verandah and magnificent views of the bay beyond. The main living space measures 40ft x 20ft with high vaulted ceiling, and includes living, dining and kitchen areas with four sets of French doors opening out onto the full length west facing verandah. There is an indoor dining table to seat 8 with leaves to increase this to 12. There are 2 large comfortable sofas, leather tub chairs and a large bookcase. The adjoining verandah has comfortable outdoor seating for 10 and a breakfast table and chairs.The delightful gazebo leading off the verandah provides the main outdoor dining area with a circular table for up to 12.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The house is set in almost one acre of tropical gardens with palm trees, frangipani, agaves, hibiscus, lime trees and plentiful bouganvillia. There are large lawn areas leading down to a small gardener’s cottage at the bottom of the garden.On the first floor there is a large verandah running the full width of the property with outdoor seating to enjoy the spectacular views. On the ground floor, bedroom four and five lead onto the loggia with seating and similar views.The pretty gazebo leads on from the verandah and provides the main outside dining with a large circular table giving room for up to 12 guests. Steps lead down to the deck and large pool (40’ x 18’) and there are 10 loungers plus two ‘steamer’ chairs with two large parasols.The pool has an outdoor shower and there is a barbecue. The main driveway has an electric gate onto the Pigeon Beach road and English Harbour. There is also a pedestrian gate with access to the Falmouth Harbour road.
